MyKayla Skinner is now pleading with Simone Biles to “put a stop” to the online attacks she and her family are receiving from the 11-time Olympic medalist’s fans.
You may recall that MyKayla, who competed alongside Simone in the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, threw major shade at Team USA when she said, “Besides Simone, I feel like the talent and the depth just isn’t, like, what it used to be.”
She also criticized their work ethic, saying the “girls just don’t work as hard.”
Well, after Team USA scooped the Gold in the Paris Olympics, Simone Biles tapped into her inner “Petty LaBelle” and took to Instagram, writing, “lack of talent, lazy, olympic champions.

MyKayla Skinner is now claiming that she, her family, and her agent have been targeted in online attacks, cyberbullying, and death threats.
She’s placing the blame at Simone Biles’ feet and is publicly asking the gymnastics G.O.A.T. her to wrangle her fans.
In the caption of her video plea, MyKayla wrote:
I love our country and don’t want to take anything away from our athletes. Let’s use this time to build each other up, not tear others down.
Hours after MyKayla released her video, Simone took to Twitter writing, “just woke up from a much needed nap.”
