The business end of the NRL season has arrived with a host of injuries to key players rocking the competition.

Reece Walsh and Nathan Cleary are the latest additions to their club’s casualty ward, with the duo set for extended periods on the sidelines along with Payne Haas, Alex Johnston and Mitch Moses.

Broncos injury news:
Reece Walsh pushed through the pain barrier in Round 23 with scans later revealing he suffered a metacarpal fracture. The club will consult with a specialist before determining the next course of action.

Jack Gosiewski suffered a broken arm just a few minutes into his side’s game against the Warriors in Round 17. He is expected to be out for two months.

Payne Haas lasted just 10 minutes of his side’s clash against the Titans in Round 22 before going off. The club have since confirmed the prop has suffered a Lisfranc injury but haven’t ruled him out for the year yet.

Jock Madden suffered a torn hamstring against the Panthers in Round 18 and is likely to be sidelined for an extended period.

Ezra Mam suffered a syndesmosis injury in the first half of Brisbane’s match against the Titans in Round 22 and will miss the remainder of the season.

Raiders injury news:
Jordan Rapana will return this week after missing Round 24 due to concussion.

Ethan Strange has been sidelined with a calf injury ahead of Round 25. He is expected to miss at least one week.

Corey Harawira-Naera’s future remains clouded. Ricky Stuart claimed the forward was facing early retirement after suffering a seizure last season.

Pasami Saulo was sidelined in Round 9 due to a lower back injury with the forward to miss the remainder of the year.

Zac Hosking suffered a shoulder issue during his side’s loss to the Bulldogs in Round 22 and has been ruled out for the rest of the season after undergoing surgery.

Sifa Talakai has been ruled out this week after struggling with calf tightness.

Sione Katoa has been sidelined due to concussion protocols this week.

Dolphins injury news:
