Las Vegas Raiders Key Player Angrily Announce His Exist Due To……

In the practice on Thursday, a few important players progressed to full participants in advance of Denver’s season finale in Las Vegas.

After being limited by their injuries on Wednesday, wide receivers Marvin Mims Jr. (hamstring) and Courtland Sutton (concussion), inside linebacker Josey Jewell (back), and outside linebacker Baron Browning (concussion) all recovered to participate fully.

Samaje Perine, the running back (NIR – rest), was also fully involved despite missing practice on Wednesday.

In addition to punter Riley Dixon (NIR – personal), long snapper Mitchell Fraboni (NIR – personal), and defensive tackle Mike Purcell (NIR – rest), the following players were added to the report as non-participants: tight end Chris Manhertz (illness) and tackle Mike McGlinchey (ribs).

For its matchup with the Raiders on Sunday, Denver will make its game status announcements on Friday.

The current roster of the Las Vegas Raiders might be substantially different if Jarrett Stidham had re-signed with the team during the offseason. During the final two games of the 2022 season, he replaced Derek Carr as the starting quarterback and performed admirably.

Because of that, he was able to sign a free agent contract worth $10 million with the Denver Broncos for two years. He will be facing the Raiders for the first time since leaving as the starting quarterback, having replaced Russell Wilson.

Even though they were unable to come to an agreement to keep him in Las Vegas, Stidham is excited about the game and has no ill will toward his previous team.

Stidham told the media during his January 3 media availability, “Obviously, [I’m] excited.” “I made a lot of relationships with a lot of people there during my year there.” However, now that I’m here, I’m excited to play with those guys. Of course, I practiced it all last year. Just getting back in there on the other sideline, trying to score some points and hopefully winning, excites me.

Neither the Broncos nor the Raiders have much to play for because they are both eliminated from the playoffs. Nevertheless, Stidham has a great opportunity to demonstrate why he deserves a shot at starting quarterback in the upcoming campaign.

Jarrett Stidham didn’t have to worry about defensive end Maxx Crosby attempting to tackle him during his time with the Raiders last season. In Week 18, that is going to change. A significant game against Denver would benefit Crosby’s adjustments as he is in the running for Defensive Player of the Year.

Last season, Stidham had the opportunity to observe Crosby in action, and he is eager to face the elite pass rusher.

After spending a year with Crosby every day and witnessing his workings, I can’t say enough positive things about him, Stidham remarked of Crosby. The most amazing thing is that, every single time he steps onto the field, he plays with such intensity and duration that I’m not sure I’ve ever seen in a player. We need to be prepared because he is going to bring it. There’s a reason he’s among the league’s best.

Since the Week 14 contest against the Minnesota Vikings, Crosby has not had a sack. Against his former teammate, he will try to break that run.

Despite the Raiders’ elimination from the playoffs and Maxx Crosby’s season-long injuries, the player has no plans to miss the season’s penultimate game. When questioned about Jarrett Stidham, interim head coach Antonio Pierce brought up Crosby’s eagerness to play him.

“He’s making some positive progress. “We’re thrilled to see him again, [especially] Maxx Crosby,” Pierce remarked of Stidham’s media appearance on January 3.
